How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your chosen delivery window and products are automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.
For example, if you start a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and deliver the products to your door every month without you having to place the order yourself!

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, of course. As seen in the screenshot below, you can pause or cancel the subscription at any time in the customer portal. The only time a subscription cannot be canceled is if you have started a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it. Customer
The portal is accessible via the magic link you receive in the email you receive when you place your first subscription order in store. If you create an account in your store, you can also access your subscriptions.

How do I skip or reschedule a charge?

You can skip or reschedule the fee in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery has a Skip payment button next to it that you can use to skip the fee. You can reschedule the fee by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click the Edit button on the product card and add, remove, or edit products to your subscription.

What happens if payment cannot be made?

In the event that the subscription cannot be renewed due to a payment failure, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
